| MINERVA is a licensed commercial product by IF Computer Japan.
MINERVA licencing allows for a large variety of business patterns
and is part of IF Computer's quest for ease-of-use of our products
throughout all phases of use of a platform software product.
For all MINERVA licenses holds:
A licensee acquires the non exclusive right to use the software,
but no other rights whatsoever.
A licensee shall not use MINERVA for any unlawful purpose.
All ownership, copyrights, etc rights with respect to MINERVA
remain sole property of IF Computer and the authors of MINERVA.
IF Computer does not claim any specific function or usefulness
for any purpose of MINERVA, nor do we accept responsibility
for any damages arising from the use of MINERVA.
All license fees are prepaid and yearly. Licenses are extended
automatically without further notice unless terminated by either
party with 12 month advance notice.
There are no refunds for any reason.
