XmMenuPosition()と同様の働きをします。
もっとも最近起きたイベントからのコンポーネントx_root, y_rootを使ってポップアップメニューペインWidgetNameの位置を決めます。
widget_expected WigetNameはウィジェット名でない。
rowCulumn_widget_expected WigetNameはRowColumnウィジェット名でなければならない
illegal_cursor_resource Cursorはカーソル名でなければならない
